Congress is in the middle of its annual appropriations process for Fiscal Year 2023. Funding for several key federal programs that support our industry-including the Residential Buildings Integration Program (RBI), Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), and State Energy Program (SEP)-is under discussion. 

YOUR support can help to ensure these programs receive needed funding increases to continue, extend, and expand their important work in Fiscal Year 2023. 

• RBI partners with the residential building industry to improve the energy efficiency of both new and existing homes across the country. Key activities include Home Performance with ENERGY STAR and Home Energy Score. 
• WAP and SEP are vital programs supporting energy efficiency in partnership with state, local, and territorial governments-especially for low-income and rural Americans.
