Hi Caroline,We used SnuggPro software for both modeling of the energy savings and their template for reporting findings to the homeowner. Maybe a bit too long of a report, but the homeowners liked the pictures / graphs we also included, (e.g., we compare their air leakage to BPI recommended air leakage in a graph) and our conversion rate from energy audit to homeowner scheduling some improvement/installation was around 30%. Another tool we also use is Home Energy Score from DOE, much more basic.
