    How inspiring! I look forward to hearing how this will change the lives of Pennsylvanians. We have very old housing stock where I live too, and leads to some very brutal living conditions. Hopefully this model will show great results and quickly spread.

    This is a prime example of the needed legislation in support of whole home repair funding. Combining efforts between income-eligible weatherization and HUD resources will enable more healthy, comfortable, and efficient homes. Our nation's housing stock needs an uplift, with much of it pre-dating any modern energy codes.  Giving people safe places to live will directly impact their quality of life resulting in a more productive society.
